Kurdistan Democratic Party – Leadership Elections for the 13th Congress


Erbil, December 2010

The 13th KDP Congress elected 51 members to its Leadership Council (formerly referred to as the Central Committee) and nine members in reserve. There were 140 candidates. The presidency was determined separately and prior to the general vote. The Congress instituted a 10 per cent quota for women.
